Are we invited to the wedding ceremony?

No. We will be married during a private courthouse ceremony before the reception. We have chosen to keep our vows an intimate moment, but we can't wait to celebrate our marriage with our family and friends! We hope you'll join us for an evening of good food, great company, and joyful memories as we begin this next chapter together. šŸ’•šŸ„‚

Is the reception indoors or outdoors? What happens if it rains?

The reception will be held on private property and will be primarily outdoors. A formal reception tent, covered seating areas, and a dance floor will be provided for the evening's festivities. We have thoughtfully planned for all weather conditions, so the celebration will take place rain or shine. We recommend dressing comfortably for the season and choosing footwear suitable for outdoor surfaces. šŸ‚āœØšŸ„‚

What time should I arrive?

Guest arrival begins at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving no later than 4:30 PM so you have time to grab a drink, find your seat, and settle in before the official welcome and opening of the celebration.

Are children welcome? Will I be able to bring a guest?

Children are welcome to celebrate with us! As we finalize our guest accommodations and seating arrangements, details regarding additional guests and plus-ones will be reflected on each invitation. Please refer to your invitation for the most up-to-date information regarding who is included in your party.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Absolutely! Dinner, desserts, and refreshments will be served throughout the evening. Beer, wine, and a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for guests to enjoy as we celebrate together. If you have a severe food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know in advance. While we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure you have something delicious to enjoy.

Where should I park?

Parking has been arranged for all guests and designated parking areas will be available upon arrival. For guests staying at the recommended hotel accommodations, Uber and other rideshare services are available and encouraged. We also welcome carpooling and ride-sharing among family and friends whenever possible. Whether you choose to drive, carpool, or utilize a rideshare service, we've planned accordingly to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening for everyone.

Is there a registry?

Rather than registering for traditional household gifts, we have chosen to create a honeymoon and travel fund. As a military couple currently stationed on different continents, opportunities to spend time together are incredibly valuable to us. If you would like to honor us with a gift, contributions toward future travels and shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Most importantly, we are simply grateful to celebrate with those we love.

Who should I contact if I have additional questions?
